Typical reasons to add a picture
Adding a company logo to a quotation, a passport photo to an application form, a QR code to a flyer, a seal or “PAID” stamp to an invoice, or a product picture to a price list are all common tasks that normally need paid PDF software.
How it works
First choose the PDF, then choose the picture — JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC and other formats work. Click on the page preview where the picture should go, and set its size as a percentage of the page width. Tick “Add to every page” to repeat the picture at the same position on all pages, which is ideal for letterheads and logos.
What changes in the PDF
The picture is placed on top of the page content. The rest of the PDF — its text, links and other pictures — is not changed, and text remains selectable. Transparent PNG pictures blend into the page; pictures with white backgrounds show a white box.
Common problems and how to fix them
The picture covers text: click a different position or reduce the size. There is a white box around a logo: use a PNG with a transparent background. The picture looks blurry when printed: use a larger original picture.
Good habits
Use high-quality logos and stamps with transparent backgrounds, check placement on the first and last pages, and keep the original PDF.
