These Terms explain the rules for using PDFzoa.com and its tools. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

PDFzoa.com is an independent website run by Venkatesh T, an individual developer based in India. Contact: pdfzoacontact@gmail.com.

2. Our services

PDFzoa.com provides free online tools for supported PDF, image and document files, and simple form generators. The tools run in your web browser. Results can depend on your browser, device and file. Files can be up to 100 MB.

3. Free to use

All tools are free. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or accounts. The website may show advertisements.

4. Your files

Your files stay yours. Using the tools does not give PDFzoa.com any rights in your files. You must own the files you use or have permission to use them, including permission for any copyrighted, personal or confidential content in them.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • Process or share illegal content.
  • Break copyright, privacy or other people’s rights.
  • Make fake or fraudulent documents, receipts or signatures.
  • Spread malware or try to hack or overload the website.
  • Use bots or automated requests that disrupt the service.

6. Check your results

Automatic conversion can change formatting, fonts, images or other content, and some files may not convert. Always keep your original file and check the result before you rely on it.
