Everything you can do with your PDFs
Most PDF jobs fall into a few groups. Organise pages with Merge, Split, Delete, Extract, Organize and Rotate. Change the content with Edit PDF, Sign PDF, Add Watermark, Add Page Numbers and Crop. Make files smaller with Compress PDF, and make scans searchable with OCR PDF. Each tool on this page opens its own page with full instructions.
How the editor tools work
Choose a tool, select your PDF, set the options — for example page numbers, rotation or watermark text — and download the result. All tools work inside your web browser, so your documents are processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server. There is no sign-up and no watermark is added.
Choosing the right tool
To combine files, use Merge PDF; to send only some pages, use Extract PDF Pages or Split PDF. To fix sideways scans, use Rotate PDF. To fill in a form, use Fill PDF Forms if it has fields, or Edit PDF if it does not. To hide private information permanently, use Redact PDF instead of drawing boxes. To meet an upload size limit, use Compress PDF or a KB-target compress tool.
Order of steps for the best result
When a document needs several changes, a good order is: merge, delete and reorder pages, rotate, then edit or sign, add page numbers, and compress last. Compressing earlier turns pages into pictures, which makes later edits harder.
Good habits
Keep your original PDF, check every page of the result before sending, and use clear file names so you can find the final version later.
